Representative James  brought up reconsideration of the vote on CSHB
253(JUD) (page 2842).                                                          
                                                                               
The following was again before the House in third reading:                     
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 253(JUD)                                                
"An Act relating to a school disciplinary and safety program; and             
providing for an effective date."                                              
                                                                               
**The presence of Representative Kohring was noted.                            
                                                                               
The question to be reconsidered:  "Shall CSHB 253(JUD) pass the
